We do not offer refunds or returns. All sales are final.

Due to the made to order nature of our products, all purchases are final sale.

If you experience a sizing issue, receive a damaged item, or receive the wrong product, please contact us at info@sidelinedsociety.com within 7 days of delivery and we will review the issue on a case by case basis.

Any approved exchange request must be returned unworn, unused, with original packaging, and with all hang tags attached.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, odors, staining, alteration or detached hang tag will not be accepted.

Due to the made to order nature of our products, exchanges are subject to inventory availability and cannot be guaranteed.
